Brown Antlers normally processes the orders within 2 to 5 businesses days. And dispatches your order through 3rd party Courier service as soon it's ready.  

Standard Shipping:

• Inside Dhaka (Metro): BDT 80 /
• Remote/Sub Dhaka: BDT 120 / (Example: Keraniganj, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Purbachal, Bosila etc.)
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 /

If you package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at the checkout.

 

You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing your order. Email info.brownantlers@gmail.com with your order number for a cancellation request.

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. 

We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.

 

Exchange guidelines

1. EXCHANGE - ONLINE STORE

   • After delivery of the product, clients have 7 days to exchange the product in any of our outlets. Bring the product in its original form with tags attached and the receipt.
   • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
   • international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
   • There is no refund for any items.

     

   EXCHANGE – PHYSICAL STORE

   • After purchasing the product, clients have 3 days to exchange the product in any of our outlets. Bring the product in its original form with tags attached and the receipt.
   • There is no refund.

You can exchange the product with a different size or any other product with a value higher or lower than your purchased item. 

There is no direct return or refund for an item. Only and exchange is available.
